FAQ

How do I place a bet?

Placing bets is easy at Betzillo. Make sure you’re logged in to your Betzillo account and then pick a sport and a subsequent event from the menu. When you have done this, you simply click on the odds of the selection you want. This will then be added to your slip, select the stake and then click the button saying ‘SUBMIT’ to confirm your bet. Before submitting your bet, you must acknowledge any changes in odds by checking the appropriate box. This ensures you are aware of the odds at the time of placing your bet. If you are having issues placing your bet, please contact our Customer Support team.

Am I able to cancel a bet?

What kind of bets can I place?

We offer the following bet types:

  • Single – A bet containing only one betting object.

  • System – A system of several bets built on multiple combinations out of the objects picked for the system. In a system bet it is not required that all objects win to collect the winnings.

We settle bets in the shortest time possible. Most winning bets are settled within 15 minutes of the results being final.
