A voided bet means your stake has been refunded. This can happen for various reasons, such as:
The event result becomes publicly known before it officially ends.
A bet was placed, offered, or accepted due to an error.
A clear misprint occurred in the odds or bet details.
We strive to prevent such occurrences, but voided bets are sometimes necessary to ensure fairness.

If one of the bets in your combo (parlay) is voided or cancelled, that specific "leg" will be removed from the bet. But don’t worry—your combo bet still stands! The total odds will simply be recalculated based on the remaining selections.
Example:
Let’s say you place a four-leg combo, with each leg having odds of 2.0:
Team 1 (2.0)
Team 2 (2.0)
Team 3 (2.0)
Team 4 (2.0)
Total odds calculation:
2.0 × 2.0 × 2.0 × 2.0 = 16.0
Now, if the match involving Team 2 is cancelled, its odds are adjusted to 1.0, meaning it is effectively removed from the combo.
Updated total odds:
2.0 × 2.0 × 2.0 = 8.0
Your bet remains active with the updated odds.
The Cash Out feature allows you to settle a bet before the event concludes. This gives you more control over your wagers, enabling you to either secure a profit or minimize a loss depending on the event’s progress.
To Cash Out your bet, follow these steps:
Click "My Bets" (located at the top left, next to the Favourites icon).
Select the Open Bets tab to view all active bets.
Important Notes:
Cash Out availability is not guaranteed—some bets may not have this option.
If Cash Out is available, a button will appear at the bottom of the bet slip, displaying the amount you can cash out.
After clicking the Cash Out button, a message will appear confirming:
"By pressing 'Cash Out', the bet will be settled, and X$ will be credited to your account."To finalize, press the Cash Out button again.
Please note: Once confirmed, Cash Out cannot be reversed. Proceed with caution.
