Bonus Terms
1. Betzillo, at its sole discretion, might offer from time to time a number of Bonuses and Promotions.
2. The minimum deposit amount for a deposit bonus is $30
3. All bonuses have a wagering requirement of 40x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.
4. Wagering contribution is 100% for Slot games. Wagering contribution is 3% for Live Casino, Table games and Casual Games.
5. Bonus Funds can not be used to purchase ‘Bonus Buys', 'Feature Buys', 'Buy Free Spins' or similar features within games. Any winnings accrued from these bets may be forfeited.
6. The max bet size with bonus funds is $5.
Eligibility
1. Upon successful registration for a Betzillo Account, You may be eligible to receive Betzillo Promotions and Bonuses. By accepting this agreement and registering for a Betzillo Account on the Website, You are also acknowledging and accepting to be bound by the rules and regulations associated with any Promotions and Bonuses offered to You by Betzillo.
2. All promotions, bonuses, or special offers are subject to the express terms of any bonus offered on the Website(s) and promotion-specific terms and conditions, if applicable, and any bonus credited to Your account must be used in adherence with such terms and conditions. By accepting a promotion, bonus, or special offer available on the Website(s), You consent to the terms and conditions of such promotion, bonus, or special offer and acknowledge that wagers must always be placed with cash balances before bonus balances can be used to wager.
3. We reserve the right to withdraw any promotion, bonus, or special offer at any time.
Activation & Expiry
1. By activating a Bonus or Promotion, You confirm that You also agree to the applicable terms and conditions.
2. No promotion, bonus, or special offer will be accepted or honoured by the Betzillo following the expiration date of the promotion, bonus, or special offer, unless Betzillo in its sole discretion chooses to do so for any particular customer, promotion, bonus, or special offer. Expiration dates will be set forth in the specific rules or terms and conditions of the particular promotion, bonus, or special offer. Furthermore, Betzillo reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change or modify any policy with respect to the earning or expiration of bonuses.
3. Once forfeited or de-activated, the Bonus will no longer be available to You (and cannot be re-activated at any time thereafter). If the Player chooses to forfeit a bonus, the bonus money and any accumulated earnings will be removed from their account.
4. The Player cannot deposit or withdraw until the wagering requirement of an active bonus has been completed, or they choose to forfeit the bonus.
Bonus Abuse & Fraud
1. In the event that Betzillo believes a Player of the Service is abusing or attempting to abuse a bonus or other promotion or is likely to benefit through abuse or lack of good faith from a policy adopted by Betzillo, then Betzillo may, at its sole discretion, deny, withhold, or withdraw from any Player any bonus or promotion, or terminate that Player’s access to the Services, the Software, and/or lock that Player’s account, either temporarily or permanently.
2. You may only open one (1) account on the Website. The opening of multiple accounts on the Website for the purpose of accumulating bonuses, promotions, special offers, or otherwise, shall be considered abusive behaviour.
3. Game rounds and game features triggered with bonus funds must be played through whilst a bonus is active. Players are not permitted to delay completion of game rounds or game features until after the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met, and/or they have deposited new funds. If such activity is identified, the player agrees that their bonus and/or any associated winnings may be voided at the discretion of Casino Management.
4. We reserve the right to close your account and not to issue refunds of any deposits, remittance of balances or winnings generated on the account, should we suspect bonus abuse has occurred. Abuse includes but is not limited to, cash stashing, bonus stashing, or else depositing only to receive free spins and withdrawing your real money before wagering the amount deposited at least once.
5. If a bonus campaign has in any way been misconfigured, we have the right to alter the player's balances and account details to correct the mistake.
6. Where a player makes a deposit to claim a bonus, the player will always use their cash first.
7. A player can request a withdrawal of their deposit before meeting the requirements for bonus wagering. In this case, the amount of the bonus and winnings are void, and the remaining funds, if any, are paid to the player.
8. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotions terms and conditions, validity of the bonus is 7 days from the moment it was received, unless otherwise indicated. At the end of the bonus period, if the bonus remains valid and the conditions of wagering are not met, all bonus money and winnings are void.
